We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. The Service Engineer will be responsible for supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities including customer demonstrations, on-site installation, servicing, and repair of laboratory equipment for all products and markets. Provide support on-site to customers.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Supply and installation of equipment.
• Tests and check all equipment purchased to make sure they are in good condition before keeping them in store or delivering to customers’ site.
  
• Prepare invoices and waybills for new/repaired equipment, spares, item taken out of the company premises.
  
• Train end users on operations and proper handling of equipment that has been installed.
  
• Prepare and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
  
• Keep records of installations, repairs and maintenance in the appropriate files and folders.
  
• Prepare a report of activities of the department and pass to the service coordinator for necessary action.
  
• Running field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
  
• Ensuring on-site efficiency and safety at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of working experience
